Unfortunately we do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges. All purchases here on our store are final. Any queries regarding orders must be made within 2 business days of receiving the item and must include a detailed description of the issue, concern or fault. Limited Run verification tags that are attached to all our items must not be removed. If they are unattached, the items will not qualify for a return, exchange or refund despite the fault (this includes damage in transit). Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer and shipping costs of the item are non-refundable.

If you are based in Cape Town, we offer a drop-off service straight to your door at R100. Standard shipping at R150 (1-5 days, depending on your location, does not include insurance on the value of the item), Standard Insured shipping at R350 (insurance up to the value of R10 000), Premium Insured Shipping at R500 (Insurance for an infinite amount).
